Lupus Warrior, Founder, CEO & Lupus Adovocate
Hi there, my name is Katrina and I am a Lupus Warrior from Cleveland, Ohio. I was diagnosed with Lupus back in 2011 and quickly realized that the community lacked resources and support. This realization inspired me to establish Stepping With A Vision Corporation in 2014. Our primary objective is to raise awareness and provide resources to the Greater Cleveland area and beyond. In 2018, we became a non-profit organization with a dedicated team of individuals who serve on our board and work tirelessly to achieve our mission.
My ultimate goal is to establish and maintain viable connections in the community, with the aim of developing an outreach center that would serve as a place of peace, emotional support, and advocacy for lupus warriors. I firmly believe in being sensitive to the individual needs of other lupus warriors and providing a space to share life skills and testimonials. I am grounded in love, intentionality, and care, and I am fully committed to working towards achieving our mission.

Our mission is to bring awareness about living with lupus to the community. SWAV serves the community by offering support groups, educational materials, and advocacy for lupus warriors and loved ones. SWAV is committed to inspiring and empowering lupus warriors to build resiliency in the face of adversity.
